App diagnostics là gì windows 7 nhiễm virus

Issue:

How to troubleshoot potential software conflicts between Autodesk software and third-party programs or processes within the Windows operating system. Third-party applications, services, processes, antivirus, firewall, and network settings may cause Autodesk software act in an unexpected manner.

    Solution:

Restart Windows first in diagnostic mode. A diagnostic startup will disable all background processes. This provides a minimal environment to run software. Most normal functions within a diagnostic startup, such as network or internet access and antivirus software, will be disabled. Do not keep a system permanently in this state. It is only for testing.

Note: If using an Autodesk subscription with multi-user access (i.e., network license), borrow a license before performing a diagnostic startup. For example, with AutoCAD, use the command BORROWLICENSE (and then RETURNLICENSE when finished troubleshooting).

If an Autodesk product fails to work correctly in a diagnostic startup, then something is either wrong with its installation, with the Windows operating system, or with a hardware component in the computer.

After testing a diagnostic startup, reboot the computer again in a selective startup. It is acceptable troubleshooting to skip a diagnostic startup and go directly to a selective startup. This enables Microsoft services. Most basic functions in Windows, such as networking, will be enabled. A system can be functional in a selective startup but it is still not advisable to permanently stay in this state. It is only for testing. Third-party processes and startup items are disabled. This includes antivirus software (unless the software is designed to stay active in a selective startup). If an Autodesk product fails to work correctly in a selective startup, then something is most likely wrong with its installation or with dependent system components (such as the graphics driver, Visual C++ runtime libraries, or the .NET Framework), but Microsoft services could be at fault.

To reboot in a diagnostic startup:

    1. Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, enter MSCONFIG and click OK.
    2. Under the General tab, click "Diagnostic startup."
    3. Under the Services tab, put a check in front of every Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service and FLEXnet Licensing Service.
    4. Under the Startup tab, click "Open Task Manager" and then right-click each individual startup item and choose Disable. For Windows 7, all startup items will be listed as disabled under the Startup tab.
    5. Close the Task Manager, click OK on the MSCONFIG window, and then click Restart when prompted.
    6. Turn off antivirus or internet security software if it has re-enabled itself.

Test the Autodesk software. If it works correctly now, then something has been disabled that was causing a conflict with it. Do a selective startup.

To reboot in a selective startup:

    1. Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, enter MSCONFIG and click OK.
    2. Under the General tab, click "Normal startup" if it is not selected already.
    3. Under the Services tab, put a check on "Hide All Microsoft Services" and then click "Disable All."
    4. Under the Services tab, put a check in front of every Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service and FLEXnet Licensing Service.
    5. Under the Startup tab, these will still be disabled in Windows 10 in the Task Manager. For Windows 7, click "Disable All."
    6. Click OK on the MSCONFIG window, and then click Restart when prompted.
    7. Turn off antivirus or internet security software if it has re-enabled itself.

Test the Autodesk software. If it works correctly under a selective startup, then a service or a startup item is the cause of the conflict. Do a modified selective startup.

    Modified selective startup:

Go back into MSCONFIG and turn on all the services and reboot. This will determine if the issue is coming from a service or a startup item. Once knowing this, go through the respective list (services or startup items), turning on one or two at a time (make notes), reboot each time, and use the process of elimination to find the conflicting item.

    Normal startup:

To put the computer back to a normal startup, open up MSCONFIG and click "Normal startup" under the General tab. Go to the Task Manager under the Startup tab and enable each startup item. Click OK on the MSCONFIG window and then Restart.
