My goal journey
I’ve set a lot of goals in my life. Some of them I met, others I didn’t. I’ve found the most success in achieving my goals through writing them down and researching
When I wanted to gain more weight and build more muscle, I researched what kind of foods I needed to eat, how much I needed to eat, what exercises I needed to do, and so on. It’s the same with anything you want to achieve
Learn as much as you can about what you can do to make those goals successfully. As you learn, write the steps you need to take daily
I wrote down how much weight I would be lifting each time I worked out. Keeping track of your progress as you improve will motivate you to keep working hard to make your dreams a reality
