When we talked about new gadgets, power banks hardly excite. Features of power banks have mostly remained the same for years now and no one really expects much from them. But Realme has managed to bring about some innovation in regular power banks while keeping the cost affordable at Rs 1,299. The new 10,000mAh Realme Power bank can charge both-- smartphones and laptops. While having a power bank to charge laptops sound exciting, note that this can only be possible if you use a newer laptop model with USB Type-C input charging enabled like the new Apple Macbook Air or Pro or some latest Windows laptops.

We used the new Realme power bank to charge new MacBooks and it worked surprisingly well. However, the charging time is a bit longer as the power bank can deliver a maximum output power of 18W while Macbooks has 30W rated power adapter. With limited choice when it comes to power banks for charging laptops, this one can turn out to be a lifesaver in dire situations.

To charge laptops, you would need a cable with Type-C jacks on both ends. The Realme power bank comes with a Type-C port in which you are required to connect one end of the cable and insert the other end to the cable to the Type-C port of your laptop to charge.
Packed with a 10,000mAh lithium-polymer battery, Realme power bank has a standard USB Type-A port along with a Type-C port.

Talking about charging phones, the Realme power bank offers 18W two-way fast charging via USB Type-C. This means not only can you charge your phone quickly but can also use the same port to fast charge the power bank as well.
