Rebooting Your Dell Docking Station

Sequence is important when resolving this issue.

  1. Disconnect the laptop from the dock by removing the USB-C connector from your laptop.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the dock (circular plug that usually has a blue light indicator).

  5. Reconnect the laptop USB-C connector back into the dock (always do this last)

Once your screen displays on your external monitors, you can close the laptop.
