hope these help A:They are very similar and could mean the same thing in the right context.

"I have a feeling" is based on intuition.  It's something you say based off of opinion or ideas.
"He's not answering his phone.  I have a feeling that something isn't right." You are unsure of why something is happening but he usually answers his phone so maybe something is wrong.  But you have no real idea.

"I have a hunch" is based off of evidence or past experiences and dealings you've had before.
"I have a hunch she's not answering her phone because her battery has died again."  You are basing this off of the fact that you know she often lets her phone run out of battery. A:A hunch is a guess based on clues. "I have a hunch she stole my purse." Instinct is a natural feeling or reaction. "My instinct is to run from danger." A:Same thing.

I have a hunch this is the right choice.

My intuition tells me this is the right choice. A:They can pretty much be used interchangeably

Ex. Sentences:
I have a hunch/feeling that there's something wrong. A:It's a common expression.
"I have a hunch that she's up to something."
"How do you know?" "I've got a hunch." A:"Hunch" is when you have a guess about a question or situation based off of minimum information, but you cannot say the information says your answer is correct. "Gut" is when you decide an answer is correct but you have no information to say your answer is correct. "Intuition" is when you have experience or knowledge from the past and you decide your answer based on the information or knowledge from the past.

You may use "gut" if you feel your body say something is true too. When you "listen to your gut," the phrase means you are listening to your emotions for the right answers.

For example,

"I have intuition that a ball will fall to the floor because I have seen a ball fall to the floor before."
"I have intuition that a pot of water will boil because I have seen a pot of water boil before."

"I have a hunch the thief went down this grassy road because I see that a branch on a tree has been broken." A:@jickoon: It is not incorrect. It's grammatically correct.

But it sounds less natural than my suggestion.
