How to Turn on the HDMI Port on an HP Computer
By Jason Taetsch Related
Turn on the HDMI port on your HP computer to send both the video and audio from your HP computer to an external TV, monitor or speaker system. While the screen on your computer is sufficient for personal use, you can use an HDMI cable with your computer to display presentations or slideshows for clients on a projector or additional monitor that is suitable for a larger viewing audience. The HDMI port on your HP computer must be activated within the operating system to properly send audio and video to external devices. Show
