The 3Com Baseline Switch 2024 is a 24-port unmanaged, 10/100 nonblocking switch designed for small to midsize offices. This rack mountable, business-class switch can be installed in a wiring closet or as a free-standing unit. The switch comes preconfigured for fast, easy installation using economical copper wiring. Auto-negotiation adjusts the port speed to match the communicating device. Any of the switch’s 24 ports can deliver 10BASE-T Ethernet for users with average bandwidth requirements, or 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet for power users or those with newer network connections. To simplify connecting cables, all ports come with automatic detection of the Ethernet cable type [MDI/MDIX]. Like all 3Com Baseline products, this switch provides powerful, feature-rich practicality in a sturdy package designed for reliability, long life, and low total cost of ownership.

Pre-Delivery Services
Server Config – £49 This service helps you get started fast. We will arrange for the server and components to be installed and tested. We’ll configure the RAID, connect the drives & Memory and configure the This saves you time, the equipment arrives in one delivery, you do not need to build, config, check cable or configure the BIOS, no worries.
Server Config and O/S Install – £99 Including Server Config, this service goes further and installs the Server Operating system for you. It can take up to 3 hours to install the Server Software and update the Service Packs & patches. This solution saves you time by uploading the software for you before it arrives.
Server Config and Setup – from £249 This is a complete solution. The server is built and configure and operating system is installed. We undertake a full discovery of your current systems and take time to understand your business requirements. Together we agree a project plan and installation plan and this is used to configure the Server and operating system, security, users, email, SQL, remote access, file storage, anti virus and backup procedures. The Server arrives configured for your needs, your users and works out of the box.
Server Migration from 2000, 2003, 2008 – SBS, Standard, Enterprise. We offer a range of migration services from old operating system to new operating systems. We can migrate the compete active directory and file structure remotely and use sophisticated remote tools to connect to the new server and transfer all the data onto the new system. This is a routine service and we can compete the task with little disruption or downtime for your business.
On-site installation and setup. Our field engineers are available to install your Server and all other network equipment at your premises. The pre=delivery solutions prepare the equipment and our engineer arrives with the equipment configured ready to install your new equipment into your network. We save you money by using remote config to configure the equipment, this keeps the on-site engineer costs to a minimum.
SUPPORT Options
We offer a range of support options that can really help your business.
Monitoring support starts from £25 per month. We become the eyes and ears of your network. Watching the critical devices and Server components for any sign of trouble. We immediatley connect and diagnose, advising you of the required actions. On your instruction we can undertake restorative actions for you. You only pay for the time of the repair – this is in ideal solution to provide cover when you are out of the office or on holiday, and for an extra pair of eyes to help you in your daily job.
For complete cover, we offer full service contract where we undertake full management of your server and network. Our team constantly monitor all devices and repair issues as they occur. Hardware and software events outside of the thresholds are identified and repaired at no cost. Usage is monitored and strategic advice given if to support your growing business. This is full support from only £99 per month.
