Thông điệp No toner cartridge và Open the top cover and insert a toner cartridge có nghĩa là gì :
- No toner cartridge : nghĩa là không có hộp mực trong máy
- Open the top cover and insert a toner cartridge : Mở cửa trên và cho hộp mực vào máy.
Dịch được thông báo trên bạn thấy lỗi này cách sửa rất đơn giản đó là đưa hộp mực vào trong máy là được đúng không ạ ! Có thể bạn quên không cho hộp mực vào trong máy mà đã đóng nắp cửa vào.

Brother recommends that customers use only genuine Brother drum units and/or toner cartridges. Each Brother laser machine is designed to work at pre-set temperatures that are matched exactly to each of our individual toner formulations. Each individual component is designed to work with the other to ensure quality and reliability. Using non-Brother supplies may affect the hardware performance, print quality and machine reliability. The Brother limited warranty does not apply to any problem that is caused by the use of third party drum units, toner cartridges or toner.
Confirm the complete error message displayed on the LCD to determine which color toner cartridge is not installed.
For example, the message No Toner. Open the Top Cover, then install Toner Cartridge. Black [K]indicates the black toner is not installed.
1.Power off the machine using the on/off switch located on the right side of the machine.
2. Open the top cover using the blue handle in the center located in the center of the machine, below the control panel. A white arrow is display in the center of the handle. Open the top cover until you hear a click.
3. Remove the drum unit assembly for the toner that is indicated on the LCD display. The drum unit is light gray in color. The assembly can be removed by grasping the center of the drum and toner assembly and pulling it straight up.
NOTE: Place the drum unit and toner cartridges assembly on a piece of disposable paper or cloth to avoid spilling and scattering the toner.
4. Check if there is a toner cartridge installed in the drum unit. The toner cartridge is black in color and has a sticker on the left side indicating the color of the toner cartridge. The letter K, Y, M, or C will be in a square box.
- If the toner cartridge is not present, you will have to buy a replacement toner in order for the machine to operate.
- If the toner cartridge is present, hold the cartridge level with both hands and gently rock it from side to side five to six times to spread the toner evenly inside the cartridge.
5. Place the new toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. Make sure that you install the toner cartridge properly or it may separate from the drum unit.
6. Slide the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly into the machine. Make sure that you match the toner cartridge color to the same color label on the machine [C- Cyan, M- Magenta, Y- Yellow, K- Black].
7. Close the top cover of the machine. You will hear a loud click when the top cover is closed firmly.
9. Power the machine back on.
- If the LCD displays the date and time, the issue is resolved. If the LCD displays the message No Toner, but indicates a different color toner cartridge, go back to STEP 1.
How do you manually open a Canon toner cartridge?
Hold the left and right sides of the toner replacement cover, and pull the cover towards you to open it. The replacement cover [small cover] of the slot will open for the toner in need of replacement. Do not open the small cover by force, as doing so may damage the machine. Pull out the toner cartridge.
Why does my printer still say low toner after replacing?
If you install a new toner cartridge but the "Toner Low", "Replace Toner" or "Toner Ended" error indication remains, the toner cartridge may not be installed correctly. Reinstall the toner cartridge, referring to the instructions on how to replace the toner cartridge.

The No Toner message appears if the toner cartridge or the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly is not installed correctly. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly. Remove the toner cartridge from the drum unit, and reinstall the toner cartridge back in the drum unit.
