so, i'm still in the z8 lost saga discord and someone posted a link to this facebook page:

the allegation goes that papayaplay is going to be hosting lost saga - which doesn't make a whole lot of sense since it's nowhere on their website, twitter, etc. - this isn't being talked about ANYWHERE.

Tbh LS was always quite a niche game, especially on NA/EU market. Lack of ads might mean some C&D action for prive owners - if the prives are gone some of the ppl will migrate to official serv. Which is a damn shame, because my best experiences with the game were prives. Still, it will be interesting to see what happens.4Reply

The official game servers is under licence from Valofe unlike the other 'private' servers. Come on over to us, maybe it will change your mind about the 'best' experience.2Reply1 more reply

Thanks for the reply. It's nice to see that you started to advertise. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask a few questions which might be vital for at least a part of our community here:
#1 Will the Papaya Play version be region-locked? If not, which regions would be eligible to play?
#2 Will you have an option to apply custom balance changes, or will you receive the LS client 'as it is'?
#3 One of the most popular changes on the private servers was either removing or locking the Unique characters to a dedicated game mode and removing the unique gears from the chests. What will be the new server way of handling this issue, if any?

#1 Yes the servers will be region-locked. You can only play from North America. Additional EU servers will come at a later time.

#2 Currently the Lost Saga client is as is, but starting with CBT and with community feedback we will talk with the devs for balance changes.

#3 This and along with other matters are being discussed with the devs.

Hi there. I'm GMGunners. Lost Saga is indeed coming to Papaya Play and the pre-register event has just started today. https://www.papayaplay.com/lsevent/event.do

Other parts of the website should be open on or by Feb 17, when CBT rolls out. Our Facebook page is currently the main place for announcements to check it every once in a while.
