Publication of abstract on ECRIN scoping review

The PERMIT project aims to build recommendations forrobust and reproducible personalised medicine research. A first stage of the project focuses on performing a review of existing literature to map existing methodologies and identify gaps and opportunities for recommendations. The protocol for this scoping review project has been madepublicly available, and now an abstract of this methodology has been published in a special issue of the Cochrane Library, entitled Advances in Evidence Synthesis. This abstract was submitted by the PERMIT project for the Cochrane Colloquium 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic this event was postponed until September 2022. Theabstractwas nevertheless selected by the organizers to be part of this special edition and can be found online (p403).
