Suite as it's sweeping views of the ocean are stunning, and being able to sit at the work desk looking at the water was just what I needed. The property overall is immaculate and beautiful. The bed, shower, wifi, air con, and all other room amenities are top notch. The breakfast is fantastic as it is loaded with top notch foods for all cultures, and cooked and presented beautifully. Rooftop pool and bar have amazing views and just a great place to wind down the day. And while hospitality overall
in Vietnam is great, the staff here is stellar. Ms Tracy, the General Manager should be very proud of her staff. The front desk ladies, namely Ms Kieu, Ms Tam, and Ms Sunny are always ensuring you have everything and anything you need. Ms Uyen seemed to be everywhere and always ensuring all wants and needs were not just met but exceeded. At the pool and bar, Ms Phuong and Mr Huy were not only a delight to be around but make fantastic cocktails as well. At breakfast Ms Suong and the two Ms Y's
are a must mention as they always made breakfast not just enjoyable but fun. And a shout out to the man at breakfast who makes amazing coffee drinks and fresh ginger tea, is a must. minutes, i heard loud noises of the kids next door from screaming anh jumping up and down, i went downstairs to the front desk and complained, they immediately switched me to superior suite. Front desk staff is amazing, especially want to mention Ms Thu and the new staff Ms Uyen. They helped me with something each day. Stayed in the Executive Suite, and wow! Fantastic room with a to die for view. Breakfast is wonderful with so many options for all tastes. Once
they knew I like fresh ginger tea, they prepared it each morning without asking. Food quality is top notch and they pay attention to a lot of detail. Their spa is also not only beautiful, but their treatments are fantastic. Ms Tran is especially good therapist and helped my aching back after long work days.
