The 2023 Ram 1500 comes with six regular trims: Tradesman, Big Horn [Lonestar in Texas], Laramie, Rebel, Longhorn, and Limited. The car also comes with a hybrid trim named Tradesman HFE and a special trim TRX. The base price starts at an MSRP of $36,820 for its Tradesman trim and goes up to the MSRP of $63,160 for the Limited variant. It costs $2,295 more to upgrade the standard 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine to a 5.7L V8 HEMI MDS VVT eTorque. The drivetrain can also be upgraded to 4WD at an additional price of $3,500. Each Crew Cab option comes with a short 5 feet 7 inches bed or a long 6 feet 4 inches bed.

The Big Horn or Lone Star trim comes with Level 1 and 2 Equipment groups with Level 1 of Safety Group and a Technology Group.
