Bước 3: Chuột phải lên "Info.plist" bạn đã copy ra ngoài. Chọn "Open with..." > "Others...". Xuất hiện cửa sổ chọn ứng dụng chỉnh sửa, bạn chọn “TextEditor”.

Tiếp đến, tìm đến dòng chứa “PreUSBBootSupportedModels” đổi thành “USBBootSupportedModels” [tức xóa chữ “Pre” đằng trước].
Hey guys! I am a newbie here and i installed windows xp on my PC through a bootable hard disk[USB] And the installation went on well and i had formatted all my partitions including the C: Drive for a better and smooth installation and after installing it worked well but whenever i restart my PC i get a error at starting which says"No bootable disk found Please insert the disk and press Enter to start again! " I had successfully installed windows XP but when i restart it gets this error and what i do here is i insert the USB and wait for some seconds and it loads but i am tired of doing this because i am scared every time i restart it! And yes my PC had some problems so i did the Windows XP re-install few days ago and i want to know why i am facing this! Please help! For further Requirements Please Reply and THANKS!
PS: I am running a Windows XP Professional Version 2002.

go into your bios boot order....and make your hard drive the first in the list

Bro you are not getting me! I have installed Windows on my computer but when i restart my computer which has Windows already installed in it , it asks for a bootable device whereas my PC has already a Operating System in it!When I insert my USB in it and press it works correctly ! But that's strange that I should carry my USB whenever i go out

right now the computer is NOT trying to boot from the hard drive.....you need to change that like i said above

When I insert my USB it works which means that my bios settings is fine. When I insert my USB I get a text"Press any letter to boot from USB " And I type nothing and my PC runs normally! What's the error here now

Post a screenshot of Disk Management. It's possible the boot files were installed to your USB and not the hard drive. You could not install XP via a CD?
Edit: It would also help if you posted the contents of the boot.ini file. Open it with notepad.

Hey Bro!As u think that the boot files may be installed in the usb but i don't think so because whenever i insert the USB after logging in my computer i literally remove the USB which clearly says that the files aren't booted in the USB! Still for your convenience i can send you the details you are asking now! But i don't know how to locate the disk management and i didn't find any boot.inf file in the bootable USB! Where can i find that?

Boot.ini could be on the hard drive also. You would need to show hidden and system files. A little bit further down in the list is the option for System Files. Look for boot.ini on the USB flash drive and hard drive.
To open Disk management. Right click computer > Manage > Disk Management

Hey John I recently upgraded from windows XP to 8.1 and i have got the same issue where it asks for a bootable USB starting to start so the issue I think here is that I made the setup by a USB by saying in the Bios settings that it's Hard drive not USB but it still worked! I did that because I couldn't get a USB option of boot in the Bios settings! So please help me in this

What is the make and model of the computer?
The Windows XP computer now has Windows 8.1?
If the computer is now at 8.1 I would recommend doing a clean install per the below instructions. I believe this computer has a Legacy BIOS so you would use the convert MBR command but I would confirm it first.
Change your boot order to HDD as first boot device. If the computer is a Dell then attach the USB created with Rufus and tap F12 at boot, F9 for a HP. If your computer is custom built or another OEM look for the boot menu key. That is why I asked for the make and model of the computer.
Rufus would have an MBR partition scheme for Legacy BIOS and GPT if your computer is UEFI which I doubt. In the guide I would substitute the clean all command for the clean command. Clean all will zero wipe the drive. It will be finished when you see the diskpart command again.

Hey! Actually I am scared of doing a clean install because while installing the windows 8.1 I got error 2-3 times and now I am scared that if it doesn't work I may fall in death! Is there any other way of doing this?

I don't see the specs but this is what I would do.
Create a disk image of the drive backed up to a USB external drive using a program like Macrium Reflect. Create the bootable USB flash drive Macrium lets you create under "Other Tasks". Boot the flash drive making sure it can detect your USB external. If it does not then click the refresh icon. This would let you revert back to the current install using the bootable USB and the image on the USB external drive.
