The Mythic Spider-Man Web Shooters go live today at 10 a.m. EST. They will spawn inside backpacks on the Island and will allow players to swing from webs throughout the landscape!

Upcoming Weapons

Forget Dual Pistols. Apparently, Epic is working on adding Dual Hand Cannons to the game! There is also a Machine Pistol that should be showing up this Season. New information has also been released that the Grenade Launcher is expected to return around Week 7.

Fortnite Season 8 Weapons Tier List

Tier 1

The weapons in this list are the ones you can trust blindly.

However, if you manage to use them correctly, you'll end up bagging a kill in every gunfight.

Although the chances of getting a victory royale depend highly upon how you use these weapons in a gunfight, you will stand a chance of winning if you use them properly.

• MK-Seven Assault Rifle
• Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle

Tier 2

The weapons in this tier are reliable as well, but there's a slight learning curve.

Although these weapons are good, not everyone will run for these weapons in the first instance.

• Sidearm Pistol
• Auto Shotgun
• Stinger SMG

Tier 3

These weapons are the ones that most loopers stay away from.

Loopers go for these weapons when there are not many alternatives left.

Some of these weapons do pack a punch, but then again, they're either difficult to use, their accuracy is all over the place, or there are just better options.

• Striker Pump Shotgun
• Ranger Assuault Rifle

No Tier

There are some weapons/items in the game that are more functional tools than actual offensive weapons. Items Tents that allow players to rest or even store weapons and items for a future match are really useful, and more often than not worth keeping an inventory slot open for!
