Basically i need to get better temps so i gotta reduce the voltage from 1.392 to somwhere between 1.2-1.3. I have an asus B550-MA with a ryzen 5 3600 cpu. I cant find how to change the core voltage. Any help?
The box you have selected in the bios select manual [it showing auto, offset and manual] then a new box will appear below it then enter value in volt [ like 1.2, 1.3 etc.] of your choice for vcore.

You got it right. Offset mode, the - means undervolt. If you want to manually undervolt, then I would start with -0.050 next to "VDDCR CPU Offset Voltage". Otherwise, auto undervolt should do its job.

I cant the minus but im assuming putting the mode sign to negative means the "0.050" is automatically "-0.050" ?
