Chức năng Thông tin đơn vị hỗ trợ người dùng thiết lập một số thông tin cơ bản của doanh nghiệp, cập nhật thông tin người sử dụng chương trình, thông tin xuất hoá đơn cho đơn vị, quản lý thông tin gói dịch vụ đã kích hoạt và thông tin gói dịch vụ đã mua theo tài khoản TS24pro đang đăng nhập.
2. Vị trí chức năng:
Trên thanh tiêu đề trong ứng dụng nhấn chọn vào mục “TT chung” [1] > “Thông tin đơn vị” [2].
3. Bảng “Thông tin chung”:
Phần “Thông tin chung” [1]: nhập tên công ty, mã số thuế, địa chỉ, số điện thoại [di động, cố định, fax]… một số nội dung như tỉnh/thành phố, quận/ huyện, phường/xã thì tùy chọn theo bảng danh mục thiết lập sẵn trên ứng dụng.
Phần “Kích hoạt tài khoản” [2], tại hàng thông tin “Gói dịch vụ”, người dùng tùy chọn vào đây gói sản phẩm đang còn hạn sử dụng; nếu là sử dụng lần đầu hoặc gia hạn lại gói dịch vụ mới, nhấn chọn vào “Nhập mã kích hoạt”.
Tuỳ chọn vào hàng thông tin “Gói dịch vụ” [1] sẽ hiển thị gói dịch vụ người dùng đã mua với tình trạng “Chưa kích hoạt”. Nhấn chọn vào gói dịch vụ cần dùng, bên dưới xuất hiện một số thông tin về mã sản phẩm, chương trình, hạn dùng [2]. Người dùng kiểm tra lại thông tin đầy đủ và nhấn “Chấp nhận” [3].
Xuất hiện thông báo, hiển thị thông tin xác nhận kích hoạt cho gói sản phẩm mới, nhấn “Chấp nhận” để hoàn tất.
4. Bảng “Thông tin Cơ quan quản lý”
Phần “Thông tin giao dịch với Cơ quan BHXH” [1], người dùng thực hiện tùy chọn thông tin cơ quan BHXH quản lý của đơn vị.
Phần “Địa chỉ nhận thông báo từ CQ BHXH” [2]: người dùng nhập thông tin địa chỉ nhận kết quả trả về từ CQ BHXH.
Phần “Thông tin giao dịch với Cơ quan QL lao động” [3]: người dùng nhập thông tin Cơ quan quản lý lao động
5. Bảng “Thông tin người liên hệ”
Phần “Thông tin người liên hệ TS24pro” [1]: hỗ trợ cập nhật thông tin người dùng trực tiếp trên ứng dụng, TS24 sẽ liên hệ đến người dùng theo thông tin này để thông báo những thay đổi về chính sách giá, gửi báo gia hạn dịch vụ hoặc giới thiệu về sản phẩm dịch vụ mới của TS24 trong suốt thời gian sử dụng dịch vụ.
Phần “Thông tin xuất hoá đơn” [2]: ghi nhận thông tin đăng ký ban đầu của đơn vị để nhận hoá đơn điện tử từ TS24 khi mua sản phẩm dịch vụ.
6. Bảng “Thông tin người sử dụng”:
Hỗ trợ quản lý thông tin gói dịch vụ đã kích hoạt sử dụng theo tài khoản TS24pro.
7. Bảng “Thông tin người ký”:
Hỗ trợ nhập tên người ký hồ sơ, chức danh và tài khoản TS24pro nhận hồ sơ trình ký; nội dung này sẽ thể hiện trên tờ khai hoàn chỉnh sau khi người dùng đã hoàn tất nhập liệu và thực hiện kết xuất báo cáo.
Thông tin “Tài khoản KySo™/Email” có thể bỏ trống [trường hợp người sử dụng iBHXH để lập hồ sơ khai thuế cũng chính là người ký nộp hồ sơ điện tử] hoặc nhập tài khoản TS24pro của người dùng giữ thiết bị chữ ký số để ký nộp hồ sơ.
8. Bảng “Danh sách thông tin tài khoản”:
Hỗ trợ người dùng tra cứu thông tin gói dịch vụ sản phẩm đã mua theo tài khoản TS24pro đang đăng nhập.
Hoàn tất việc nhập liệu, người dùng kiểm tra lại toàn bộ thông tin đã khai báo, nhấn chọn “Lưu [F5]” để lưu lại thông tin đã thiết lập.
