Khi tôi gửi mail đi đến 1 địa chỉ nào đó thì sau khoảng 1,2 phút nhận được 1 email trả về với nội dung như sau :

Xin cho hỏi lỗi trên là gì, lỗi do đâu, cách khắc phục ?!

Lỗi trên thông báo là Mailbox [dung lượng hộp thư email] của khách hàng bạn gửi đến đã hết dung lượng còn trống để tiếp nhận mail của bạn gửi vào. Lỗi do người sử dụng địa chỉ email này đã không kiểm soát được việc lượng email vào Inbox của họ.Để khắc phục thì liên hệ người sử dụng địa chỉ email này vào webmail của họ xóa bớt email đi [xóa luôn trong Trash hoặc Delete Item] hoặc nói họ liên hệ Admin [người quản lý hệ thống email] để nâng dung lượng mailbox của họ lên.
Lỗi “550 Authentication is Required for Relay” cho biết rằng máy chủ email server của bạn yêu cầu xác thực SMTP để gửi thư đi, nhưng ứng dụng email được sử dụng để gửi email chưa được xác thực bằng tên người dùng và mật khẩu. Bạn có thể giải quyết lỗi này bằng cách cấu hình ứng dụng email, xác thực SMTP để fix.
Xác thực SMTP trong Microsoft Outlook 2010 cho Windows
- Click vào File > Info >Account Settings.
- Chọn địa chỉ email của bạn từ danh sách các tài khoản và nhấp vào Change.
- Click vào More Settings … . Sau đó bấm vào tab Outgoing Server tab..
- Check box ” My outgoing server [SMTP] requires authentication và sử dụng cài đặt theo mẫu
- Nhấn OK . Sau đó bấm vào Next .
- Nhấp vào Finish để hoàn tất cấu hình.
Xác thực SMTP trong Microsoft Outlook 2003
- Nhấp vào menu Tool > Email accounts .
- Chọn View or change existing e-mail accounts > next
- Chọn địa chỉ email của bạn từ danh sách các tài khoản và nhấp vào Change .
- Nhấp vào More Settings > Outgoing Server tab
- Check box ” My outgoing server [SMTP] requires authentication và sử dụng cài đặt theo mẫu
- Nhấn OK . Sau đó bấm vào Next .
- Nhấp vào Finish để hoàn tất cấu hình.
Xác thực SMTP trong Microsoft Outlook Express
- Tools > Accounts.
- Chọn Mail tab.
- Chọn địa chỉ email của bạn từ danh sách các tài khoản của bạn và lựa chọn Properties. Sau đó bấm vào Servers tab.
- Trong Máy chủ thư đi[Outgoing Mail Server], bạn check My server requires authentication.
- Nhấp vào nút Settings và cài đặt theo mẫu.
- Nhấn OK. Sau đó, Apply các thay đổi.
- Nhấn OK sau đó Close để hoàn thành cấu hình.

If you are getting this error SMTP Error [550]- Failed to add recipient – No Such User Here then follow this post and you will have it resolved in no time. This issue essentially stops certain email accounts from sending emails to your email account. Which of course is an issue as it means people will not be able to contact you by email, meaning you could miss important emails from prospective clients. Sometimes it will be someone coming to you directly with this issue as they are more likely to discover it. It is important that you know this is an issue for you.
How to Fix Error 550 – No Such User Here
This issue tends to be because your email routing settings are incorrect in your hosting panel. So the first thing you need to do is to head over to cPanel and from the main dashboard find the ‘Email Routing’ option [see below]. There will be a similar option if you are using Plesk.
In the Email Routing menu you will tend to find that if you have not configured it yourself then it will be set to ‘Automatically Detect Configuration [recommended]’ by default. This could be the route of your email issues.
If you are using WebMail then this should be set to ‘Local Mail Exchanger’ and if you are using a 3rd party service like Microsoft 365 or Google Business Suite then you should change it to ‘Local Mail Exchanger’. This issue happens more often with 3rd party email services, so the likelihood is that you are using Google or Microsoft as your email provider.
Once you have changed this setting, the update will take effect immediately. You should now be able to head back to the email account which couldn’t send the email and try to email the recipient again and now it should be working. This should now resolve the SMTP Error [550]- Failed to add recipient – No Such User Here error. Always be sure at this point to make sure you can send and receive emails from your account and if you have website forms, do a test and make sure they are still working.
