Is Black Rouge a good brand?
Black Rouge is a new-to-me brand that offers a variety of affordable makeup. I heard their matte lip colors are rather excellent so I included these two in my last YesStyle order. Both Air Fit Velvet Tint and Rose Velvet Lipstick are priced under $10, and for the price, I think these are great quality.
What is the difference between velvet and satin lipstick?
Plus satin lipsticks are often buildable, so you can reapply a few times till you're satisfied. A slightly newer lipstick finish, velvet lipsticks are not matte, but not entirely glossy either.
