The best? It might be debatable as it's really like the AC Origin. I know there exist progress in the game process & animation, but will those make it the "Best"? We will see. Hope better AC games in future.

This could be game of the year

do you really call that an "Assassin's Creed"? it's great game for sure, but I think there should be some rules and connectivity between all episodes of a franchise and what I see in new AC games is that they just changed it not in good way. the new title is inspired from GoW and The Witcher series rather than the original AC games. as a gamer, I just want that fresh story full of drama back! the way AC 2 and AC Brotherhood presented it!

Congratulations, guys! This is the game that is going to take me back to AC!

Congratulations to the studio! Well deserved!

Awesome game. One question: Will we ever get closure to the mysteries of the first civilization? Cause you guys just keep ramping up the stakes in every game with no end in sight to the present day story.

Great work Ubisoft. I am truly a big fan of Ubisoft and Assassin Creed series. Odyssey is a remarkable game. I am playing it now and love every moment. I love how choices were added to the game.

This one took me by surprise I have to admit. I was afraid it would be a rehash of Origins with superficial elements added to distinquish it as it's own thing. But the added stuff actually are more than that and I'm positively surprised. Looking forward to see what comes out after a franchise hiatus. Will it be like it was with Origins, that the extra year for development pays off?

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of your local game studio? 👀 Ubisoft Toronto opened its door last week 🚪 Visitors got an office tour and took part in Q&A sessions with devs! What's YOUR closest studio? 🤔

Is assassin odyssey worth it?

There's a lot to do and some awesome historical figures to meet like Socrates and Hippocrates. With the number of features and amount of gameplay you get, you're definitely getting more bang for your buck. However, I recommend to all to play the other games of the series because the original storyline is amazing!

Is Assassin's Creed Odyssey or Valhalla better?

Both games are great on their own terms, but Valhalla is more on par with “Assassin's Creed” in the title. It's the way to go if you truly want to feel like an assassin. Odyssey should be played first chronologically, but playing the other way around won't affect your experience in any way.

Is Origins or Odyssey better?

If you are still wondering “which one should I play,” we suggest you play both of them. Each of the games has its pluses and minuses, and while Odyssey offers significantly more content, Origins set a brand new standard for the series.

Why was AC Odyssey so good?

Although there were some criticisms of Odyssey's open world for being too vast, it is one of the most incredible settings in the series. From humble beginnings on Kephallonia to the grandeur of Athens and Sparta, these living societies offer immersion on a scale players had not seen in the franchise to that point.
