Cons:The rooms are tiny. Pros:Very clean and had a walk in shower with glass doors Cons:all was good. Pros:We were traveling with an elderly family member that required a lot of special accommodations with her room. Serena, who worked the desk both days of our stay, was wonderful. She was very patient and made sure all the accommodations were provided and did it all with a smile. Would definitely recommend based on her, the cleanliness and style of the rooms and the location. Cons:loud. unfriendly staff. i got put in a room in the basement next to a huge ice machine. every hour all night it made big noise that woke me up. i asked to change rooms and they laughed at me. Pros:The room was small, but very nicely arranged. There was a bathtub that I used for relaxation. The view from our room was nice and bright. There were fruits at the breakfast. Cons:Breakfast space was limited for all the guests and that makes people like me who prefers to take his time eating breakfast hurry, because watching others standing doesn't feel right. It was not also so much vegan-friendly. There was oatmeal (as a source of protein) but I would like to suggest the hotel managers to add soy/almond milk, peanut butter as well so that vegans can use the cereals too. Vegan sausages (with request from guests) could also be a very good option. Pros:I choose to optimize my room for quiet: I received what must have been the quietest room in the building. Staff was helpful and friendly. WiFi worked well and was simple to engage. Cons:Breakfast area was crowded. Pros:Everything Necessary for a Business Stay is There. Lobby Small but Functional People Were very Friendly and Helpful Hotel was Clean and Convenient Cons:Rooms Are Very Small, but Hey! This is NYC in the 21st Century! Long Walk to Nice Restaurants Pros:I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They offered free breakfast although I was not able to take advantage of that but I was excited that they had that to offer. The hotel as a whole was very clean and you could tell that there was good upkeep of the utilities in the building. For the most part, the staff was very helpful when I had questions and it was easy to get to a place of transportation from my building because there was a main street just to the left. Cons:I wish my room had a better view of the city because it was in the back of a building so my view is of a parking lot but that is just a preference for me. I also did not like the the house cleaning it had to be done at a specific time because I was not prepared when the woman came but she let me know that if she did not come now she cannot come again.
