How to use controller on Origin

I have a ps4 controller that came with my ps4 and I want to use it on Origin, how to I connect it to my pc ?

Can you play Origin PC with controller?@xashamaleyy Origin was not developed for controllers. Usually, players use them to play games so just connect controller to your PC and run the game. Your controller should work perfectly in games.

Start with your Origin overlay. Go to Origin > Application Settings > More > Origin In-Game. Disable everything there. If you use Discord, disable that and any other in-game overlays.

You can always use an emulator (DS4Windows as the person above me mentioned), or if you don't mind two launchers, run Origin through Steam so you can use Steam's PS4 drivers. Update: DS4 controllers may be supported after all.

The Microsoft Xbox 360 controller for PC and the new Xbox One controller are both plug and play compatible. if you use a third party program like Xpadder you can also use PS3 controllers but you may have to troubleshoot non-Microsoft game pads once in a while.
